  2. Restore Comm Array Uplink
  3. Leave Restricted Area

Long

  1. Go to Location to repair uplink.
  2. Restore uplink at Location.
  3. Once repairs are initiated, leave the Restricted Area or risk trespassing charges and forfeiting payment.
